Branch Service Manager

Blue Technologies is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead one of
our service branches. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in operations
management and team leadership, paired with a passion for delivering outstanding
customer service.
As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations,
managing a talented service team, and driving growth by ensuring our clients receive the
highest level of support and solutions.

Duties:
• Oversee daily workflow and scheduling for service technicians and drivers.
• Process sales orders for equipment setups and ensure availability of required
equipment.
• Coordinate installations and setups with the Sales Administration team.
• Manage branch inventory in the parts area and warehouse, ensuring accuracy and
availability.
• Run reports in e-Auto, including calls per day, recalls, and parts usage.
• Partner with Sales to identify potential replacement machines in the field.
• Collaborate with Sales on month-end equipment forecasts and availability
planning.
• Respond promptly to customer phone calls and messages to ensure timely
resolution.
• Coordinate daily installations with warehouse staff, drivers, and IT support.
• Provide help desk support for technicians and escalate issues as needed.
• Oversee branch building maintenance and scheduling of truck maintenance.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard service technicians, IT technicians, drivers, and parts
clerks.
• Conduct annual performance reviews for branch team members.
Skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to coach, mentor,
and develop staff.
• Proven experience in service operations, workflow management, and process
improvement.
• Knowledge of dealership or service management software; experience with eAuto preferred.
• Solid understanding of equipment installations, inventory management, and parts
control.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to run and interpret operational reports.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with Sales, Administration, IT, and
warehouse teams.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to resolve issues quickly and
professionally.
• Basic knowledge of building and fleet maintenance scheduling.
• Recruiting, hiring, and performance management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay:  $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
