MPS Contract Analyst

Blue Technologies is currently seeking an MPS Contract Analyst to join our Managed Print Services division. The ideal candidate will have strong math and analytical skills, as well as some IT knowledge.

Managed Print Services revolutionizes the way IT organizations manage and secure the print infrastructure. It is the most effective way that businesses control the cost of printing while maximizing support of document management to the end users. After the contract is implemented Quarterly Business Reviews are executed by the MPS Contract Analyst where strategy is reviewed and the contract is modified to allow for customer print initiatives, adding additional hardware and hardware consolidation for maximum efficiency and cost savings.

Job Description:

  • Support the MPS team by having a full understanding of Managed Print Services offering, contracts and the requirements to produce an assessment, onboard and service an MPS customer.
  • Work directly with MPS Sales Analyst to manage and maintain the data required for proper pricing strategy, account reviews, quarterly business review and presentations to secure net new business and current account renewals.
  • Provide effective communications internally with MPS Analyst and service staff for smooth implementations and contract set up
  • Help facilitate software installation required to manage the account remotely

Pre-Sales Responsibilities:

  • Install assessment software for collection of assessment data required for pricing and conduct preliminary walk-thru for pricing Schedule “A”.
  • Timely review the assessment results to create pricing for QBR, prospects and current customer. Using the pricing tool, develop pricing for prospective customers within recommended margin targets.
  • Work with MPS Sales Analyst to identify the selling strategy based upon analyzing date secured and present to sales.
  • Meet time deadlines for accounts

Post-Sales Responsibilities

  • Upload / map new account in software to identify customer ship to and service locations for proper supply and service Alerts.
  • Monitoring software for stale machines for troubleshooting internally and with clients.
  • Monitoring new printers / devices and share with sales to put under contract
  • Manage the project kickoff and coordination of resources for all parties involved
  • Review projects on a weekly basis
  • Act as a liaison between departments and Account Managers. Ensure customer is delivered accurate and consistent project updates
  • Works with various Blue departments to ensure we meet the clients’ expectations.

Customer Interaction:

  • Create and maintain QBR schedule with current accounts
  • Follow up to requests, service and supply issues as they arise
  • Maintain relationship / contact with MPS accounts
  • Utilize support team to assist in managing account

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $35,000- $38,000 per year
