Sales Administrator

Overview:

Provide administrative, organizational, and problem-solving services to the staff of the Columbus branch office. Duties range from fielding client service and sales calls, to proactively managing the needs of the sales department.

Pre-Sale Support:

· Provide printed collateral via the marketing department/vendors as needed.

· Secure current customer information in various formats including client inquiries to better qualification accounts.

· Checks information for accuracy prior to presentation.

Account Support:

· Serve as point person for customer service when Account Managers are unavailable.

· Create and maintain spreadsheets for Mid-Market and Major Accounts.

· Create proposals, order, lease, and Schedule “A” for new orders.

· Coordinate installation meetings with Sales and Service for achievable implementation plans for major accounts.

· Maintain excellent communication throughout the day with the following an effort to facilitate both external and internal customer service. Warehouse manager (equipment on hand/pending orders, timely delivery of demos/installs along with loaners/follow-up on service issues) and Branch Manager (new order, pending /problems with existing orders/rush order).

· Work with Branch Manager and Sales Rep to complete RFPs/RFQs/any written request for quotes/pricing in timely manner.

General office responsibilities:

· Answer the phone and assist with customer services issues or direct to the appropriate person.

· Manage and maintain supplies i.e. coffee, copier paper, and other office supplies.

· Order food for Monthly Sales Meetings or for in-house customer meetings.

· Assist with interview – IA, drug screening, etc.

· Distributes and collects new hire paperwork.

– Coordinates HR orientation schedule.

– Collects all benefit enrollment paperwork in timely manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
